I'll add an operating system with an updated version of one of the Linux distributions like Linux Mint. With a laptop, include power cord, for a PC, only the computer is required. You'll drop off the computer at my house in Shadowbriar, and pick it up when it's ready. No hardware repairs, just installation of a new operating system.
